AGM 2024
Updated information for our AGM Sept 3-6, 2024; hosted in Newfoundland.
The recommended hotel is the Jag Hotel: cost is $199 + tax.
The AGM will be Wednesday Sept 4 from 1-4 pm NST. This time is chosen to accommodate different time zones for our attendees. Start time for the different time zones will be shared when the zoom invitation to attend is shared.
The Hospitality Night will be at Bridie Molloys on Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm (own cost).
Thursday Sept 5 attendees are invited to the Lieutenant Governor's home for a reception in the afternoon from 2-4 pm. Business Dress for this event would be suitable.
Thursday evening Farewell Supper at The Fish Exchange (own cost).
If you are wanting to rent a car these arrangements need to be done immediately.
Region 16 is still waiting for registrations and arrival information. Please get this information submitted as soon as possible. They are hoping to have R16 volunteers available to meet arrivals at the airport.
There will be an informal meet and greet on Tuesday Sept 3, in the evening at the Jag hotel restaurant and bar.
