Message from Section UK regarding Mr. David Handley (BUL-134-2022)

Dear IPA Friends,

Please see the message below from Section UK:

The National Executive Committee of Section UK wish to advise all sections that Mr. David Handley is no longer a member of the IPA. Under Section UK rules this means he is not permitted to attend IPA events both in the UK and abroad.

Should Mr. Handley apply to join any IPA event, or request assistance from an IPA Section, this should be declined and a notification sent to the Secretary General of Section UK - secgen.ipauk@gmail.com.

Section UK appreciates your assistance and support in conforming with this notification.
