On this day,16 March 1961 at the World Congress held in Paris, the first sections outside of Europe - Canada and Hong Kong, were affiliated. In other words, today IPA Section Canada celebrates its 62nd birthday. Happy Birthday Section Canada and all its members.

En d'autres termes, la Section canadienne de l'IPA fête aujourd'hui son 62e anniversaire. Joyeux anniversaire à la Section Canada et à tous ses membres.
